About Me

Hello! I'm a 31-year-old passionate and driven individual from the town of St. Peter, MN. Life has blessed me with the joy of being a mother to two incredible 13-year-old girls, a loving partner & 2 Dalmatians to share my home with.


Professional Ventures-
I am the proud owner and sole manager of the Prairie Saloon, a community bar that I've been running since 2020. Recently, in 2024, I expanded my county "on-premises liquor license" to a state "off-premises license" - which allowed me to cater my first five alcohol catering events. This new venture has been exhilarating, and I'm eagerly looking forward to expanding and growing our alcohol catering services from spring through fall 2025.

In addition to managing my bar, I also serve as the Executive Operations Officer at Baler & Compactor Service Company. Since 2020, I've been working closely with our CEO and another executive to establish a strong presence in the industrial waste equipment industry throughout the Midwest region. It's a challenging and rewarding role that has taught me the importance of leadership and innovation.



Community Involvement and Hobbies-
Beyond my professional commitments, I am actively involved in my community as the chapter secretary for ABATE (American Bikers Awareness Training & Education). This national organization is dedicated to promoting safe and responsible motorcycle riding, and I am proud to be part of its mission.

When I can carve out some free time, I love to indulge in my favorite hobby—riding my motorcycle. There's something incredibly freeing about hitting the open road on two wheels, and it provides a perfect escape from my busy schedule.
