About Me

Marty Rasmussen is a senior partner with the worlds largest business coaching firm, a certified business & executive coach, mentor and trainer.
As president of several companies and senior executive with large banks he developed a reputation as an operations and financial turnaround expert with broad experience across multiple industries.
Marty has 25 years of experience leading businesses through complex startup, turnaround and growth cycles. He has been particularly successful in assessing businesses, analyzing the company, the people and the data to develop sound business plans that have led to exceptional results.

As an executive he was responsible for leading numerous projects that have led to several national awards, including the USA Today/Rochester Institute of Technology for business process re-engineering and the Outstanding Corporate Innovator Award from the Product Development & Management Association.
