The Hero Within: Practices in Self Mastery without Arrogance
Achieving and receiving all our outer goals and dreams are reflections of the parallel inner journey within us and our capacity to transform ourselves along our lifes path to integrally match our aspirations. My talk provides reminders of the accompanying, inner, inherent Hero that is within us all using fun experiential learning exercises to guide participants in reconnecting to our core organic and emergent resources within. Participants will be invited to reflect, explore and build upon their concepts and experiences of themself as a powerfully whole and unique person: body, heart, mind, energy and spirit. Talk includes some group interaction and sharing.
Learning Objectives:
Participants will be guided to take away a more empowered connection to their inherent inner map, compass, lifeforce and navigation system through an experiential conversational journey.
1. Embodying stronger power postures through a physical grounding exercise.
2. Braving authentic feelings through a heartfelt presencing exercise.

Speaker Bio: John Armstrong integrates his background in education, psychology, dance and over 25 years of small business entrepreneurship to curate training, coaching and consulting for emergent leadership development. As the founder of Full Spectrum Coaching and Consulting, John leverages his business acumen and his expertise in personal mastery, empowering organizational structures and transformational leadership to support clients in achieving clarity, resiliency and purposeful action.
John holds a BA in Psychology and Dance from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and is a graduate of the Center for Coaching in Organizations. Johns coaching approach centers on guiding small business entrepreneurs and leaders through their own Heros Journey by equipping them with the tools and insights needed to overcome challenges and unlock their potential for growth.
Based in Minneapolis, MN, John enjoys time with his adult children, traditional harmony singing, classic Nordic skiing, wilderness backpacking and global citizenry conversations.
