The Invisible Work: How Private Victories Create Success
In this talk I will share about the importance of doing the invisible work to get the outcomes we desire in life. As business owners, so much of what we do is behind the scenes and we never get credit for it. The point is not to get praised for the work we do, but to allow the work to work on us. When we take responsibility and are disciplined in our actions, we can transform our perspectives and open ourselves up to abundance.
The three main points will be:
1. Radical responsibility (decisions)
2. Dedicated Discipline (action)
3. Perspective pivot (transformation)
I will weave in my own story of losing 160 pounds and sustaining it for 12 years, sharing examples from my weight loss journey within the 3 main points and how they apply to business and life.
Speaker Bio: Michael Krug is a board certified health coach and personal trainer. His passion for health and fitness came after he made a complete transformation of his health and life. At age 20 he was 375 pounds, had blood pressure of 160/100, and cholesterol over 250. Beneath the physical symptoms he was dealing with depression and addiction and had moments where he wondered if it was even worth it to continue living...
After undergoing a complete physical and mental transformation, people started reaching out to Michael for help to get their health back on track. This set off his career as a health and fitness coach and has deepened his passion for healthy and holistic living.
Michael's mission in life is to transform the health of humankind from disease and sickness to empowerment and prosperity.
