Powers of Fitness

We all know exercise and being fit is good for us. So why do we have such a hard time incorporating it into our lifestyle? What can we do to change this? In this talk, Scott Fjelsted, personal trainer and author of the book ForeverFitU, Making Fitness a Lifestyle That Lasts a Lifetime, will discuss 3 of the p powers that will help make you Forever Fit.

Speaker Bio:
Scott has been a certified personal trainer since 1998. He has coached all fitness levels, from a Minnesota Vikings to state and national champion weightlifters, to a 25 and 93 year old, both wheelchairs, and everything in between. Regardless if 7 or 70, he enjoys helping his clients go from where they are to where they want to be, one step at a time.

Frustrated with years of watching his clients fail at implementing the exercise programs he planned for them, he decided to do something about it, so he wrote the book ForeverFitU, Making Fitness a Lifestyle That Lasts a Lifetime, devoted specifically to the mindset of making fitness a permanent habit in your life. His vision is to lead by example, education, and inspiration to help our world move toward fitness and overall wellness.
